目的了解结核分枝杆菌耐药状况,为临床指导用药。方法对38例患者灌洗液培养出的结核分枝杆菌采用绝对浓度间接法,进行13种单一抗结核药物和3种复合药物药敏试验。结果总体耐药率38.5%,环丙沙星和乙胺丁醇耐药率高,达84.21%,两种四联合用药的耐药率低,均为5.26%,耐多药结核病发生率为34.21%。结论结核患者耐药率仍处于较高水平,合理用药,治疗耐药患者,仍是当前结核病防控工作中的一个重点。
Objective To understand the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and to guide clinical use. Methods Thirty-eight kinds of Mycobacterium tuberculosis cultured in lavage fluid of the patients were tested by drug-sensitivity test of 13 kinds of single anti-tuberculosis drugs and three kinds of composite drugs by absolute concentration indirect method. Results The overall resistance rate was 38.5%, the drug resistance rate of ciprofloxacin and ethambutol was high, reaching 84.21%, and the low rates of resistance were 5.26% and 34.21 respectively %. Conclusions The rate of drug resistance in tuberculosis patients is still at a high level. Rational use of drugs and treatment of drug-resistant patients are still the focus of current TB prevention and control work.
