前言二十年来,大多数亚洲国家加速了工业化和农业现代化的进程。在这个发展过程中,发达国家和发展中国家都逐渐认识到小工业的作用。小工业在促进经济发展,扩大就业和资金流通,平衡地区发展并满足不同的需求,保持和发展传统技术与文化方面都具有明显作用。尽管小工业有这些积极的作用,但它也带来一些职业卫生与安全问题。大多数小工业企业劳动条件和工作环境比较差,因此事故和职业病的发生都比大企业多。
For the past twenty years, most Asian countries have accelerated the process of industrialization and agricultural modernization. In this development process, both developed and developing countries have gradually realized the role of small industries. Small industries have obvious roles in promoting economic development, expanding employment and capital circulation, balancing regional development and meeting different needs, and maintaining and developing traditional technologies and culture. Although small industries have such positive effects, it also brings about occupational health and safety issues. Most of the small industrial enterprises have relatively poor working conditions and working conditions. As a result, accidents and occupational diseases occur more often than large enterprises.
