为了加强职工医药费的管理,湖北省咸丰人民医院对本院职工医药费的管理作了如下改进:在医院内部设立保健科,由保健科为每一个职工设立病历档案。凡本院职工看病都必须到保健科看,某些病保健科不能看的,由保健科出具证明,到其他科室看病。凡本院职工不经保健科而直接到其他科室看病拿药
In order to strengthen the management of staff medical expenses, the Xianfeng People’s Hospital of Hubei Province has made the following improvements to the management of medical expenses for staff of the hospital: a health section is set up inside the hospital, and medical records are set up for each employee by the health department. All staff members of the hospital must go to the Health Care Division to see the health care department. Some health care units cannot see it. The health department provides a certificate and visits other departments.
