目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠对小儿EB病毒感染后心肌的保护作用。方法:EB病毒感染后心肌磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)异常患儿80例,随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例)。对照组给予常规抗病毒及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠,比较两组患儿治疗前后心肌CK-MB、c Tn T及心电图的变化。结果:治疗前治疗组CK-MB为(50.48±16.43)μg/L、c Tn T为(0.070±0.026)ng/m L,对照组CK-MB为(49.96±17.09)μg/L、c Tn T为(0.068±0.031)ng/m L,治疗后治疗组CK-MB为(20.79±7.14)μg/L、c Tn T为(0.008±0.001)ng/m L,对照组CK-MB为(38.48±11.61)μg/L、c Tn T为(0.012±0.002)ng/m L,治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较及治疗后两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前治疗组心电图异常21例,对照组心电图异常19例,治疗后治疗组心电图异常5例,对照组异常12例,治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较(P<0.01)及治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠可使小儿EB病毒感染后血清CK-MB、c Tn T及心电图更好的得到恢复,使心肌细胞得到更好的保护。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of sodium creatine phosphate on myocardium in children with Epstein-Barr virus infection. Methods: Eighty children with abnormal myocardial creatine phosphokinase (CK-MB) and troponin T (cTn T) after EBV infection were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases ). The control group was given routine anti-virus and symptomatic supportive therapy. The treatment group was given sodium creatine phosphate on the basis of the control group. The changes of myocardial CK-MB, cTn T and ECG before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results: Before treatment, CK-MB was (50.48 ± 16.43) μg / L, cTn T was (0.070 ± 0.026) ng / m L and CK-MB was 49.96 ± 17.09 μg / L and cTn The level of CK-MB was (20.79 ± 7.14) μg / L and the level of cTn T was (0.008 ± 0.001) ng / m L in the treatment group and CK-MB in the control group was (0.068 ± 0.031) ng / 38.48 ± 11.61) μg / L and cTn T (0.012 ± 0.002) ng / m L, respectively. The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.01). There were 21 electrocardiogram abnormalities before treatment, 19 electrocardiogram abnormalities in the control group, 5 electrocardiogram abnormalities in the treatment group and 12 abnormalities in the control group after treatment, compared with those before treatment (P <0.01) and after treatment The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Sodium creatine phosphate can restore the serum CK-MB, cTn T and electrocardiogram better after EBV infection in children, so that the cardiomyocytes can be better protected.
