高粱杂种优势得益于细胞质雄性不育系的发现和利用。高粱细胞质雄性不育(CMS)有7种类型,即A1~A6和9E。核质互作型不育系是由细胞质基因和细胞核基因共同决定的,核质互作,协同进化,从而达到核质基因组结构与功能上的相互适应。
Sorghum heterosis benefits from the discovery and utilization of cytoplasmic male sterile lines. There are seven types of sorghum cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), A1 ~ A6 and 9E. The nuclear-cytoplasmic male sterile line is determined by both the cytoplasmic and the nuclear genes. The cytoplasmic and symbiotic evolution of the cytoplasmic and cytoplasmic genes will result in the structural and functional adaptation of the cytoplasmic genome.
