为了适应新的历史时期党的建设的需要,中共四川省委决定将《党的建设》、《领导艺术》和《学习杂志》三刊合并为《党的建设》,该刊1987年第一期已经出版。三刊合并后的《党的建设》是省委主办的综合性机关刊物,是省委的喉舌和舆论工具,是省委联系群众的桥梁和纽带。这个刊物按照省委的要求,将办得既有思想性、政策性、理论性,又有较强的新闻性,丰富的知识性与高尚的趣味性。去年十二月二十七日,《党的建设》编委会为办好党刊举行专题座谈会,省委常委黄启璪、许川,省委办公厅、宣传部、组织部、省社科院及中央新闻单位驻川记者、成都地区各新闻单位负责同志出席并讲了话。

On December 27 last year, the editorial board of “Party Building” held a special symposium to run the Party Journal. Huang Qizhu, Xu Chuan, Provincial Party Committee General Office, Propaganda Department, Organization Department and Provincial Academy of Social Sciences As well as the reporters from the central news station in Sichuan and the responsible comrades from all news units in Chengdu attended and made speeches.
