以下两句摘自俞大(纟因)主编《英语》五、六册:a.“I dare say,”he said quickly,“that his mother will whip himnow that we are gone.”b.Man:Now,I dare say,Sergeant,in your youth,you used tohe sitting up on a wall.无独有偶,我手头的一本教参把以上两句中的I dare say 均译成“我敢说”。
The following two sentences are taken from Yu Da (纟因) editor of “English” fifth and sixth volumes: a. “I dare say,” he said quickly, “that his mother will whip himnow that we are gone.” b.Man:Now, I dare say, Sergeant, in your youth, you used tohe sitting up on a wall. Coincidentally, one of the teachings in my hand translated I dare say in both sentences into “I dare say.”
