第一章 总则 第一条 为加强药品交易会的管理,规范交易行为,建立和维护正常的交易会秩序,促进药品流通健康有序地发展,根据国家有关法律、法规,制定本办法。 第二条 本办法所称药品交易会是指供方多方参加的,以药品为交易对象,以签订药品购销合同为主要内容的会议。 第三条 药品交易会交易活动必须严格遵守国家的有关法律、法规。 第四条 药品交易会举办者应以服务为宗旨。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant state laws and regulations in order to strengthen the management of pharmaceutical trade fairs, regulate transactions, establish and maintain a normal order of trade fairs, and promote the healthy and orderly development of drug circulation. Article 2 The term “medicine fair” as mentioned in the present Measures refers to the meeting where the supplier participates in multiple parties and takes the drug as the trading object and the contract of purchase and sale of drugs as the main content. The third pharmaceutical trade fair transactions must strictly abide by the relevant state laws and regulations. Article 4 The organizer of drug trade shall take the service as its purpose.
