目的 观察前列地尔注射液治疗老年急性肾损伤的临床效果.方法 将老年急性肾损伤患者60例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.2组患者均采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予前列地尔注射液,比较2组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为96.7%显著高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 前列地尔注射液治疗老年急性肾损伤患者效果显著,值得临床推广应用.“,”Objective To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil injection in elderly patients with acute kidney injury.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with acute renal injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.Two groups were given conventional treatment,the observation group was given alprostadil injection based on conventional treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute renal injury has significant effect,worthy of clinical application.
