目的:研究丰城鸡血藤提取物刺芒柄花素在大鼠肠道孵育液中的代谢特征。方法:应用超高压液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱技术(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS)分析刺芒柄花素的代谢产物,利用碰撞能量梯度(MSE)和质量亏损过滤(MDF)技术,并通过与文献数据或对照品比较,推测代谢产物的结构。结果:在肠道孵育液中检测到刺芒柄花素原型成分7-羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮和13种代谢产物。结论:刺芒柄花素在大鼠肠道菌群发生广泛代谢,主要包括成羟化反应、氢化反应、甲基化和去甲基化反应以及葡萄糖醛酸化反应,为丰城鸡血藤中黄酮类成分刺芒柄花素的体内代谢特征研究提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the metabolic characteristics of Thripsinate in the intestinal juice of rat intestine. METHODS: Metabolites of thymus flower thymus were analyzed by UPLC / Q-TOF-MS / MS. Their structures were characterized by collision energy gradient (MSE) and mass loss filtration (MDF) ) Technology, and by comparing with the literature data or reference substance, infer the structure of metabolites. Results: Thymophenolate protozoal 7-hydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone and 13 metabolites were detected in intestinal tract. CONCLUSION: Thorlastonite is widely metabolized in intestinal flora of rats, including hydroxylation, hydrogenation, methylation, demethylation and glucuronidation. Flavonoids Thorlastonin metabolism in vivo study provides the basis.
