随着高中新课改的推行、新课程的实施以及新教材的使用,对传统的教学方式提出了新的挑战。新课改的教学理念要求教师变革以往传统的教学观念,更加注重引导学生自己主动地去学习,掌握基本的化学知识和技能,提高学生的科学文化素养,培养学生的创新能力和实践能力。因此,高中化学教师如何去适应新课改、具备新理念、研究创新教学方法等这些都给教师带来了很大的挑战。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform in high school, the implementation of the new curriculum and the use of new teaching materials, new challenges have been placed on the traditional teaching methods. The teaching concept of the new curriculum reform requires teachers to change the traditional teaching concepts in the past, pay more attention to guide students to take the initiative to learn, master the basic chemical knowledge and skills, improve students ’scientific and cultural accomplishments, and cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability. Therefore, high school chemistry teachers how to adapt to the new curriculum reform, with new ideas, innovative teaching methods, which have brought great challenges to teachers.
