结合交直流混合驱动的磁悬浮式微运动新思想,设计了1种新型的磁悬浮式微动工作台;针对磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的开环控制不稳定性,分别设计超前滞后控制器和PID控制器应用在工作台水平方向微运动控制中;利用Matlab软件对离心铸造机微动工作台进行仿真。仿真结果表明,PID控制器的离心铸造机性能明显优于超前滞后控制器离心铸造机的工作心能,说明PID控制策略适合该磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的运动控制。
A new type of maglev micro-motion table is designed in combination with the new concept of micro-motion of magnetic levitation driven by AC-DC hybrid drive. In view of the instability of the open-loop control of micro-motion table of maglev centrifugal casting machine, The PID controller is used in the micro-motion control of the worktable in the horizontal direction. The micro-motion table of the centrifugal casting machine is simulated by Matlab software. The simulation results show that the performance of the centrifugal casting machine of PID controller is obviously better than that of the centrifugal casting machine with advanced and backward controller. The PID control strategy is suitable for the motion control of the micro-movement table of the magnetic suspension centrifugal casting machine.
