用6NC1加热水解土壤有机氮,对20个水稻土样品测定结果表明,红黄泥各组分氮在数量和分布上与其它士种无本质的差别;酸解氮占土壤全氮71.2%±5.1%,不同土壤间变异度很小,各组分中以氨基酸氮比例最大;酸解氮及氨基酸氮与盆栽的土壤矿化氮间有极显著的相关性。
The soil organic nitrogen was hydrolyzed by 6NC1, and the results of 20 paddy soil samples showed that there was no essential difference in quantity and distribution of nitrogen in the red and yellow muds compared with other species. The content of acid nitrogen was 71.2% ± 5.1 %. The variability among different soils was very small, and the ratio of amino acid to nitrogen was the highest among all the components. There was a significant correlation between acidolysis and amino acid nitrogen and potted soil mineralized nitrogen.
