为提高网络通行效率,均衡网络内车流分布,分别针对饱和与非饱和网络,提出交通状态一致性控制算法。首先,针对饱和网络,以路段车流放行比例为控制量,建立网络信号控制模型。以路段空间占有率达到分群一致为控制目标,设计分群一致信号控制律;其次,针对非饱和网络,采用路口清空信号控制策略,可实现路口各相位饱和度一致;最后,以北京市望京区内路网为仿真研究对象,在VISSIM中建立仿真环境,分别针对饱和与非饱和网络情况,与定时控制方法进行比较,仿真结果表明:本文算法具有较大优势,可在较大程度上改进网络性能。
In order to improve the efficiency of network traffic flow and to balance traffic flow in the network, a traffic congestion control algorithm is proposed for both saturated and unsaturated networks.
