采用氯甲基苯乙烯为载体,通过分子亲核取代反应,制备非溶出型高分子聚三苯基季鏻盐及小分子三苯基季鏻盐杀菌剂,并采用红外光谱图进行了结构分析;系统地研究了合成产物聚三苯基季鏻盐等的热稳定性及对SRB、TGB抗菌作用规律.结果表明,聚三苯基季鏻盐对SRB、TGB具有很好的抗菌作用.小分子三苯基季鏻盐对SRB的抗菌性能高于聚三苯基季鏻盐.
Chloromethylstyrene was used as a carrier to prepare non-dissolving macromolecule polytriphenylphosphonium quaternary phosphonium salt and small-molecule triphenylphosphonium salt bactericide by molecular nucleophilic substitution reaction, and the structure analysis was carried out by infrared spectroscopy The thermal stability of the polytriphenylphosphonium quaternary phosphonium salt and its antibacterial activity against SRB and TGB were studied systematically.The results showed that the polytriphenylphosphonium quaternary phosphonium salt had good antibacterial activity against SRB and TGB. The antimicrobial activity of molecular triphenylphosphonium salt on SRB was higher than that of polytriphenylphosphonium salt.
