晚糯谷由于籽粒胶体结构疏松,耐储性差,加上目前受到仓储条件的限制,尤其南方水网地区,保管期间受夏季高温高湿影响而发生发热,黄变和陈化加块等不良现象。为确保糯谷储藏品质和摸索糯谷长期保管的方法,我们在84年组织进行了一些糯谷度夏保管试验。通过以降温隔热为主的综合保管措施,使糯谷度夏粮情控制在正常范围以内,保持了应有品质。本文结合部分试验仓情况谈谈我市糯谷度夏保管的方法、效果和体会。
