水利水电工程质量影响国民经济的发展和社会的安定。高度重视、严格控制工程质量,是工程建设参建各方义不容辞的责任。本文探讨了水利水电工程常见的问题,结合施工前后三个阶段提出了加强水利水电工程施工质量控制的措施。
The quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects affects the development of national economy and social stability. Attaching great importance to and strictly controlling the quality of the project is the bounden duty of all parties participating in the project. This article discusses the common problems of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and puts forward some measures to strengthen construction quality control of water conservancy and hydropower projects in combination with three stages before and after construction.
