独立学院近几年蓬勃发展,英语教师队伍不断壮大。英语教学受多种因素影响,其中一个很重要的因素就是英语教师的认知风格。英语教师只有了解影响认知风格的种种因素,才能很好的进行教学反思,有效开展教学工作。
Independent colleges have flourished in recent years and English teachers have been continuously expanding. English teaching is influenced by many factors. One of the most important factors is the cognitive style of English teachers. English teachers only understand the various factors that affect the cognitive style in order to conduct a good teaching reflection, effective teaching.
