随着海上运输事业的发展,船体的载重及吃水都相应加大(见图1),近岸式及综合式(港内划分独立区)港口已不能适应发展的需要,为此提出了各种类型的离岸浮筒式单点系泊和多点设施。近年来我国已建成或试制了(1)渤海的SMB钢臂浮筒储油系统;(2)为搜集外海自然环境资料的浮筒式连续自记海洋水文观测站;(3)为开发东、黄、南海大陆架油气能源的半潜式海洋钻采平台等。所以,对浮筒式缆索系统的静力和动力进行研究,以及对它们进行模型试验来确定一些技术参数是十分重要的。
With the development of maritime transport, the load and draft of the hull have been correspondingly increased (see Figure 1). Therefore, it is very important to study the static and dynamic forces of the buoy type cable system and to model them to determine some technical parameters.
