在近代工业设备中需要大量阀片,阀片生产不但数量大,且质量要求也很高,—般要经热处理,光洁度要求▽▽▽▽10以上,平直度也有严格要求。用研磨工艺可以达到上述要求,但用手工研磨,效率低,劳动量太大,不能满足成批生产要求。为此我厂在技术革新、技术革命运动中革新成功振动式平面研磨机,解决研磨阀片平面问题,效率比手工研磨提高了8~10倍,劳动强度大大降低,生产率高,且质量能稳定地达到要求。振动研磨机的结构原理见图1。铸铁研磨盘1由弹簧4支承在立柱5上,研磨盘下装有转子3,由电动机6带动高速旋转。转子上端装摆轮2,其偏心重量在高速旋转时产生的离心力使整个研磨盘发生高频水平
