As a veteran engaged in legislative work for nearly 30 years, I am truly delighted to see today the historic moment when the Legislative Yuan is under way. The establishment of “Legislation of National People’s Congress in Progress” set up a bridge for communication between the legislature and all sectors of the community and showed the whole society the whole process of legislative activities. Organizations and organizations, enterprises and public institutions, the general public and experts and scholars can enter the area of rule of law through this bridge and participate in legislation to fully reflect their own wishes and aspirations.
