成都经济技术开发区自1990年创建以来,抓住机遇,加快发展,在不断完善投资环境的同时,加大招商引资力度,加快项目建设步伐,招商引资和项目建设成绩斐然。开发区经过5年多的建设,已投入8亿元人民币进行基础设施建设,投资环境日益优化,修建了20公里的交通主干道,建有15万门程控电话大楼,40万方天然气设施,5万吨供水厂和10万吨供水工程,建有11万伏、27万伏变电站以及城市综合配套设施,开发区已具备接纳现代化大工业建设的条件。截止目前,已累计引进项目292个,协议投资总额近60亿元。其中“三资”项目63个,协议投资额3亿多美元。

Twenty kilometers of traffic trunk roads have been built and 150,000 program-controlled telephone towers and 400,000 square meters of natural gas facilities have been built. 5 10,000 tons of water supply plants and 100,000 tons of water supply projects, built 110,000 volts, 270,000 volts substation and urban comprehensive ancillary facilities, the development zone has accepted the conditions of the modernization of large industrial construction. Up to now, a total of 292 projects have been imported, with a total investment of nearly 6 billion yuan. Among them, 63 were “three-funded” projects with an investment of over 300 million U.S. dollars.
