调查显示,我国中小学因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水等事故死亡的,平均每天40人,相当于每天有一个班的学生消失!触目惊心的数字敲响了校园安全的警钟。为了扫除校园安全隐患,教育部已将安全教育列入年度计划工作重点,并明确指出:要把安全教育纳入学校正常的教育教学内容之中,全面培养学生的安全意识,提高学生的综合素质。加强安全教育,树立安全意识,培养学生在紧急情况下的自救能力和处理问题的能力。这不仅是学校安全工作的需要,也是全面提高学生综合素质的基本要
