近年网络技术的迅速发展,给我们学习、生活带来了很大的便利同时也出现了严重的问题——网络侵权问题。在我国刚颁布不久的《侵权责任法》中便对此进行了规定,这体现了我国法制的建设随着市场经济的变化而作出的新修订,也说明了我国法制建设的与时俱进,但是对于新的领域法条的规定,还不是规定的那么细,需要我们进一步的探讨和思考。
The rapid development of network technology in recent years has brought great convenience to our study and life, and at the same time, there have been serious problems - the issue of network infringement. This is stipulated in China’s just-enacted Law on Tort Liability, which reflects the new revision made to the construction of the legal system in the light of the changes in the market economy. It also shows that the legal system in our country is advancing with the times, However, the provisions of the new field of law, is not as detailed provisions, we need further discussion and reflection.
