人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)是一种致瘤病毒 ,在人类广泛传播 ,能在人的皮肤或粘膜引起良性肿瘤 ,并与人类多种癌症相关。已发现HPV有 6 0个以上的型别 ,均以人为单一宿主。近几年的研究对病毒基因组与基因编码产物有了深入了解 ,对病毒的可能致癌机理作了深入探讨。由于HPV不能在体内外增殖 ,无法以培养法获得大量病毒及制备疫苗 ,又由于病毒的DNA性质 ,疫苗不能以完整病毒颗粒制备。HPV疫苗的研究存在一定的难度 ,但已设计了一些高科技的HPV疫苗。本文对近几年来HPV及其疫苗的研究作一简要综述。
Human papilloma virus (HPV) is a tumorigenic virus that spreads widely in humans and causes benign tumors in human skin or mucous membranes and is associated with many human cancers. HPV has been found in more than 60 types, both as human single hosts. In recent years, the research on the virus genome and gene coding products have a thorough understanding of the possible mechanism of the virus made a in-depth discussion. Because HPV can not proliferate both in vitro and in vivo, it is not possible to obtain large amounts of virus by culture and to prepare vaccines, and because of the DNA nature of the virus, vaccines can not be prepared as intact virions. There is some difficulty with HPV vaccine research, but some high-tech HPV vaccines have been designed. In this paper, a brief review of the research on HPV and its vaccines in recent years.
