在当前大力倡导素质教育的同时,应试教育却依然不折不扣地存在于我们的教学当中,那些十一二岁正值天真烂漫的小学生却要面对比考大学还难的重点中学应试,或者是力求跻身于普通中学重点班的竞争。他们在家长、学校、老师寄予厚望中拼命努力着。学生来不得半点放松,教师更是想方设法地希望提高学生的成绩,以证明自己的教学能力。这样学生便完全失去了自我,因缺乏乐趣的学习而产生厌学情绪。有个别学生表示希望需要私人的空间,需要做自己想做的事,保有想象的空间、创造的空间,实行真正的素质教育。
