中国有句古话,“受人点水之恩,当以涌泉相报”,说的是要知恩图报,不能忘恩负义。对于受恩者来说,如有条件对施恩者是应该加倍予以回报的,这不仅仅局限于物质上的表达,有时精神上的表达更重要,或者说更能体现受恩者的诚恳和真挚。知恩图报不仅仅对单个人,对社会、对集体也应如此。
There is an old saying in China that “when you give a person a glimpse of the water, when it comes to pleasing springs,” you are saying that you want to know the good news and you should not be ungrateful.
