HP-1是从河北省微生物所引进的耐温平菇.为探讨其在我国南方栽培获得高产的方法,笔者采用L_9(3~4)的正交表进行了不同浓度三十烷醇等因素的组合试验.结果选出了从播种至采第二潮菇的25天内,生物转化率达149.2%的合理组合,较在北方栽培66天生物转化率116%提高33.2%,周期缩短41天,为HP-1平菇在广东大面积栽培和短期内获得高产提供了依据.
HP-1 is a kind of heat-resistant Pleurotus ostreatus which is introduced from microorganisms in Hebei Province.In order to explore the method of high-yielding cultivation in southern China, HP-1 was tested by orthogonal test of L_9 (3-4) The results showed that the bioconversion rate was 149.2% in 25 days from sowing to harvesting second tidal mushroom, the bioconversion rate was increased by 116.2% and the period was shortened by 41 days compared with 116 days in the north, HP-1 mushroom for large-area cultivation in Guangdong and short-term access to high-yield basis.
