利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)改性高岭土,采用熔融插层的方法制备了煤沥青/改性高岭土复合材料,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等分析方法研究了材料的显微结构以及分散性,并探究了高岭土对煤沥青的软化点、针入度及延度性能变化的影响。结果表明:高岭土片层被煤沥青分子撑开,形成一种剥离型结构;其在煤沥青基体中有良好的分散性,它的粒径最可几分布为1~3μm。改性高岭土用量为5.0%时,制得的煤沥青/改性高岭土复合材料的高温性能和抗老化性能得到提高,软化点为55.2℃,针入度为29.4mm,延度(15℃)为116.1cm。
The coal tar pitch / modified kaolinite composite was prepared by melt intercalation with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) modified kaolin. The microstructure and dispersion of the material were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of kaolin on the softening point, penetration and ductility of coal tar pitch were also investigated. The results show that the kaolinite layer is opened by the coal tar pitch to form a peel structure. It has good dispersibility in the coal tar pitch matrix. The particle size of the kaolinite layer can be distributed as 1 ~ 3μm. When the content of modified kaolin is 5.0%, the high temperature performance and anti-aging performance of the prepared coal tar pitch / modified kaolin composite are improved, the softening point is 55.2 ℃, the penetration is 29.4mm, the ductility (15 ℃) is 116.1 cm.
