采用机械共混法制备了沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)改性环氧树脂砂浆(EM),研究了PCC含量对EM力学性能、流动度和收缩率的影响。结果表明:PCC的添加对EM有显著的增韧增强作用,降低了EM固化收缩率,并提高了其粘结性能。当PCC含量为7%时效果最佳,抗冲击强度、与老混凝土的剪切强度较未含PCC时分别增大38.1%和13.7%。扫描电镜分析表明,PCC的添加明显提高了树脂基体抗裂纹扩展的能力。
Precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) modified epoxy resin mortar (EM) was prepared by mechanical blending method. The effects of PCC content on the mechanical properties, fluidity and shrinkage of EM were studied. The results show that: the addition of PCC has a significant toughening and strengthening effect on EM, reduces the curing shrinkage rate of EM, and improves the bonding performance. When the content of PCC is 7%, the effect is the best. The impact strength and the shear strength of the old concrete increase by 38.1% and 13.7%, respectively, compared with those without PCC. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the addition of PCC significantly enhanced the ability of the resin matrix to resist crack propagation.
