采用微波热液法制备了形态尺寸可控的一维二氧化钛(TiO_2)纳米棒,并解释了TiO_2纳米棒的形成机理。更换不同的钛源和反应介质,结合单因素分析和相关测试表征,研究了影响TiO_2纳米棒最终形态结构的主要因素。结果表示:合成一维TiO_2纳米棒所需的钛源和反应介质分别为四异丙基钛酸酯和乙二醇。而随着微波加热时间的延长,制得的TiO_2纳米棒尺寸先增大后减小,结构也更加紧密。TiO_2纳米棒直径在600nm以内,长度随加热时间的延长在5~15μm之间变化。
One-dimensional titania (TiO 2) nanorods with controlled morphology and size were prepared by microwave hydrothermal method. The formation mechanism of TiO 2 nanorods was also explained. Different titanium sources and reaction media were replaced. The main factors affecting the final morphological structure of TiO 2 nanorods were studied by univariate analysis and correlation test. The results show that the titanium source and reaction medium required for the synthesis of one-dimensional TiO_2 nanorods are tetraisopropyl titanate and ethylene glycol respectively. With the extension of microwave heating time, the size of the obtained TiO 2 nanorods first increased and then decreased, the structure is also more compact. TiO 2 nanorods diameter less than 600nm, the length of the heating time of the extension between 5 ~ 15μm change.
