建设水利工程的前提条件就是水利规划设计,然而水利工程规划设计的基础则是环境影响评价,只有将环境影响评价工作做好,才能够将水利规划设计是否有价值确定下来,判断其设计规划方案是否具有可行性,所以环境影响评价在水利工程规划设计中具有十分重要的作用。本文首先对水利工程规划设计中环境影响评价遵循的原则和指导思想进行了分析和介绍,进而对水利规划与环境之间的关系进行了分析,希望对今后的水利建设项目能有一定的借鉴作用。
