目的探讨Focus超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治手术中的应用价值。方法 60例乳腺癌改良根治术患者分为Focus超声刀手术组(超声刀组,29例)和未用超声刀手术组(非超声刀组,31例),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流天数、术后并发症及住院时间。结果超声刀组手术时间和平均出血量较非超声刀组低[(84.45±13.91)min vs.(138.38±10.55)min和(50.41±5.49)ml vs.(111.07±7.49)ml](P<0.01);两组术后引流天数、住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均无术后并发症发生。结论 Focus超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治术中能缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量。
Objective To investigate the value of Focus ultrasonic scalpel in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with modified radical mastectomy were divided into two groups: Focus scalpel surgery group (29 cases) and non-scalpel surgery group (31 cases). The operative time, intraoperative blood loss Volume, postoperative drainage days, postoperative complications and hospital stay. Results The operation time and average bleeding of the ultrasonic knife group were significantly lower than those of the non - ultrasonic knife group [(84.45 ± 13.91) min vs. (138.38 ± 10.55) min and (50.41 ± 5.49) ml vs. (111.07 ± 7.49) ml] 0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of days of drainage and hospital stay (P> 0.05). No postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Focus ultrasonic knife in modified radical mastectomy can shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding.
