Jameson(1976)报导8名畸胎产母的血锌明显低于对照组.
Congenital malformations are endemic after the war and famine years and are particularly prevalent in the central nervous system. Recent evidence of congenital malformations of human fetuses has also been proposed. During pregnancy, a small amount of zinc can cause its progeny to occur Neural tube defects .Jameson (1976) reported eight teratogenic mothers blood zinc was significantly lower than the control group. In this paper, mother and fetus plasma zinc concentration and congenital malformations were studied using Pye-Unicam SP90A spectrophotometry Totals 74 patients with plasma zinc were assayed: 18 patients in group 1 who had had a teratozoospermia in the past 24 months; 36 patients who had had a teratogen in the past 24 hours; Umbilical cord blood in the control group were 18 and 37 respectively
