对国内外文献报道的几种甲壳素及壳聚糖测定中常用的还原糖测定方法进行了比较。结果表明,DNS法和改良Schales法较为适合对氨基糖和乙酰氨基糖混合体系的测定,其中DNS法的测定范围为还原糖含量200~1000μg/mL,改良Schales法的测定范围为还原糖含量10~80μg/mL。
Several methods for the determination of reducing sugar, which are commonly used in the determination of chitin and chitosan, were reported in the literature both at home and abroad. The results showed that the DNS method and the improved Schales method were more suitable for the determination of the mixture of amino sugar and acetamido sugar. The determination range of DNS method was 200 ~ 1000μg / mL for reducing sugar and the modified Schales method was for reducing sugar content 10 ~ 80 μg / mL.
