面对日益复杂的外部环境,职技院校管理类课程参与式教学改革意义重大,但在实践和探索过程中难点诸多。本文提出了能力导向、专业结合、职业目标导向、企业化思维的教学设计理念,从思想、组织、方法、内容四方面进行课前准备,根据教学内容实施实操型、分析型、展示型的有效课堂组织,并在课后反思的教学设计。
In the face of the increasingly complicated external environment, the participatory teaching reform of the management class of vocational and technical colleges is of great significance, but there are many difficulties in the practice and exploration. In this paper, we put forward the instructional design concept of ability-oriented, professional-combination, career-oriented and enterprise-oriented thinking. We make preparation from the aspects of thinking, organization, method and content, according to the content of teaching and implementation of practical, analytical, Effective classroom organization, and reflective instructional design after class.
