本文以高职院校图书馆知识服务能力为研究对象,基于高职院校科技创新的技术性、应用性、工程实践性的特点,系统研究了知识服务能力的影响因素,分析出人员素质、信息资源、服务理念、管理机制、服务模式、信息技术六个方面的影响因素,然后通过对六个影响因素的整合,得出知识服务资源因素、知识服务管理因素、知识服务技术因素三类重要影响因素。
Based on the technical, applicative and engineering practicality of scientific and technological innovation in higher vocational colleges, this paper systematically studies the influencing factors of knowledge service ability, analyzes the quality of personnel, information Resources, service concept, management mechanism, service mode and information technology. Then through the integration of the six influencing factors, we can get the three important influence factors of knowledge service resource, knowledge service management and knowledge service technology factor.
