老年肺心病316例的临床特点

我院内科1978年5月至1982年8月共收治60岁以上的肺心病患者316人(老年组),50岁以下的肺心病患者142人(青中年组)。本文对两组进行临床对比分析,以探讨老年肺心病的临床特点。

In our hospital from May 1978 to August 1982 a total of 316 patients with pulmonary heart disease over the age of 60 (elderly group), 142 patients under the age of 50 with pulmonary heart disease (young middle-aged group). In this paper, clinical comparative analysis of two groups to explore the clinical features of pulmonary heart disease in the elderly.
