本文指出,精确测定机床激振力和位移响应的相位是正确测定机床动态性能的基本条件之一,而我国现在进行的许多机床动态试验却没有保证这个条件.文中讨论了测定机床振型时,参考信号的选择、振幅的折算公式和位移响应方向的判别准则.分析了地震式拾振器力学模型的相频特性.指出,在低频范围内,速度计的的相移很大.文章最后指出了用相移大的拾振器来测振型可能出现的差错.
This paper points out that accurately determining the phase of machine vibration excitation and displacement response is one of the basic conditions for the correct determination of the dynamic performance of the machine tool, but many of the current machine dynamic tests in our country do not guarantee this condition.In the paper, The selection of reference signal, the amplitude conversion formula and the criterion of displacement response direction, the phase-frequency characteristics of the mechanical model of the seismic pickup are analyzed, and it is pointed out that the phase shift of the speedometer is very high in the low frequency range.
