目的了解我国Hp感染人群中的多株感染状况.方法取因上腹不适行内镜检查的20例Hp阳性患者(胃溃疡6例,十二指肠溃疡8例,慢性胃炎6例)的胃窦和胃体粘膜组织,进行Hp培养.初代培养后,分别取胃窦和胃体各10个菌落进行传代,抽提各菌落DNA,应用聚合酶链反应随机引物扩增的DNA多态指模技术[RAPDPCR]进行菌株鉴定.结果PCR扩增产物电泳分析显示有18例患者胃窦和胃体的HpDNA指模一致,提示这18例患者均是单株感染;另有2例胃体菌株表现为两种指模形态,提示为2株Hp感染.结论广州地区存在Hp多株感染,但不普遍.
Objective To understand the infection status of Hp infection in our country. Methods 20 cases of Hp-positive patients (6 cases of gastric ulcer, 8 cases of duodenal ulcer and 6 cases of chronic gastritis) were taken from gastric mucosa and gastric mucosa of gastric mucosa of Hp-positive patients. After the primary culture, 10 colonies of gastric antrum and corpus were taken for passage and the DNA of each colony was extracted. The strains were identified by DNA polymorphic fingerprinting (RAPD-PCR) with random primers amplified by polymerase chain reaction. Results Electrophoretic analysis of PCR products showed that there were 18 cases of gastric mucosa and gastric body HpDNA fingerprinting consistent, suggesting that these 18 patients were infected with each other; another two strains of gastric body showed two finger morphology, suggesting Two strains of Hp infection. Conclusion There are multiple Hp infections in Guangzhou, but not common.
