2013年6月28日,法国皮诺家族捐赠圆明园青铜鼠首兔首仪式在我馆举行。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东出席仪式,并与弗朗索瓦.皮诺共同为兽首揭幕。文化部部长蔡武向皮诺先生颁发了捐赠证书。文化部副部长、国家文物局局长励小捷在讲话中称赞皮诺先生的捐赠善举是对中国人民的友好表示和对中国文化遗产保护事业的热情支持,反映了国际社会对文物返还其原属国价值理念的认同,对促成更多流失海外中国文物的返还具有积极作用。他表示,国家文物局将继续与有关方面一起,不断努力促成更多非法流失出境的文物回归原属国。国家文物局已将两尊圆明园兽首划拨中国国家博物馆收藏。
June 28, 2013, the French Pino family donated Yuanmingyuan bronze rat head first ceremony was held in our museum. Cai Wu, Minister of Culture, presented the donation certificate to Mr. Pino. In his speech, Li Xiaojie, Vice Minister of Culture and Director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, praised Mr. Pinot’s donation for good cause as a friendly expression of the Chinese people and a warm support for the cause of China’s cultural heritage protection. He said the State Administration of Cultural Heritage will continue to work together with relevant parties to make continuous efforts to promote the return of more cultural relics illegally removed from the country of origin. The State Administration of Cultural Heritage has allocated two Yuanmingyuan beasts to the collection of China’s National Museum.
