考察水体不同氮含量条件下,紫萍的生长特性及其体内蛋白质和碳水化合物累积情况,分析水中氮元素与紫萍体内碳氮磷元素累积的相关性,并进行了紫萍酒精发酵的初步试验。氮浓度采用了1、3、5、7、10 mg/L,氮源分硝基氮和氨基氮两种。试验初步获得了水中氮磷与紫萍体内蛋白质和碳水化合物累积的关系,确定了获取高蛋白质含量和高碳含量紫萍的相关培养条件;酒精发酵效率达94.92%,为紫萍治理废水并应用于能源和饲料行业开拓思路。
The growth characteristics and accumulation of protein and carbohydrate in Ziping were studied under different nitrogen levels. The correlation between nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation in Zanthoxylum bungeanum was analyzed. The preliminary experiment was also conducted . The nitrogen concentration was 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 mg / L, and the nitrogen source was divided into two types: nitritrogen and amino nitrogen. The relationship between nitrogen and phosphorus in the water and the accumulation of protein and carbohydrate in Zanthoxylum bungeanum was preliminarily obtained. The relevant culture conditions for obtaining high protein content and high carbon content were established. The fermentation efficiency of alcohol was 94.92% In the energy and feed industry to develop ideas.
