固定资产投资项目档案验收是衡量企业固定资产投资项目完成情况的重要指标。根据有关规定,总投资超过亿元的项目,都要组织档案验收。档案验收是项目建设的一个重要环节,它在项目竣工验收中起到一票否决的作用。搞好档案验收,强化档案的收集、分类、整理、储存等基础工作,能进一步增强人们的档案意识,提升档案服务经济社会发展的能力。结合我市在对口支援北川灾后恢复重建中承担的建设新县城特色商业街的实际,笔者想略谈一下做好项目档案工作及项目档案验
