运用FLAC~(3D)软件对沈阳某深基坑开挖和支护过程进行数值分析与计算,重点分析开挖过程中桩顶位移、桩身位移和弯矩的变化,并将现场实测值与软件模拟的计算值进行对比分析,在此基础上改变锚杆倾角与桩入土深度等支护设计,探讨这些因素对基坑变形的影响.研究结果表明:模拟结果与实测值基本一致,数值模拟结果可信;桩身最大水平位移和最大弯矩均出现在桩身大约8 m的位置,并不是在支护桩顶部;设计时桩的入土深度可取4~6 m,锚杆倾角可取5°~30°.
The numerical analysis and calculation of deep excavation and supporting process in a deep foundation pit in Shenyang are carried out by using FLAC 3D software. The displacement of top of pile and the displacement of pile body and the change of bending moment during excavation are mainly analyzed. The simulation results are compared and analyzed. Based on this, the support design such as the angle of anchor rod and the depth of soil into pile is changed, and the influence of these factors on the deformation of the foundation pit is discussed. The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the measured values and the numerical simulation The results are credible; the maximum horizontal displacement and maximum bending moment of the pile appear in the pile body about 8 m, not at the top of the supporting pile; the design depth of the pile can be 4 ~ 6 m and the inclination of the anchor rod can be taken as 5 ° ~ 30 °.
