本文就高校在国家基础性研究中的地位、作用和潜力作了论述。全国高校的基础性研究力量很强。国家对高校基础性研究投资及有关政策要适应这种状况,加大国家自然科学基金的拨款,以充分挖掘潜力,促进我国科学技术的进步。为此,必须重视提高科学基金申请项目质量,注意抓好选题、填写好申请书和加强科学基金申请工作的管理。
This article discusses the status, role and potential of colleges and universities in the national basic research. The basic research strength of national colleges and universities is very strong. The state's investment in basic research in higher education institutions and relevant policies should adapt to this situation and increase the funds allocated by the National Natural Science Foundation of China so as to fully tap the potentials and promote the progress of science and technology in our country. To this end, we must attach great importance to improve the quality of science fund application projects, pay attention to do a good job topics, fill out an application and strengthen the management of the scientific fund application work.
