国内大米市场和价格不会受到冲击我国大米基本自给有余,国内市场价格接近于国际市场水平,且明显低于进口到岸价和国内拨交价。目前免征关税,不存在关税减让问题。同时,我国大米虽然产量很大,但大部分是国内消费,进出口量都不很大,进口量每年约1.0～1.5亿千克,出口量每年约3.5～4.0亿千克左右。因此,“复关”后,国际市场仍将是我们调剂品种的一个场所,不会对我国大米供求产生大的冲击。
Domestic rice market and prices will not be affected China’s rice self-sufficiency, the domestic market price close to the international market, and significantly lower than the CIF import and domestic delivery price. No tariffs are currently imposed and there is no issue of tariff concessions. In the meantime, although the output of rice in our country is very large, most of it is consumed domestically. The import and export volumes are not large. The import volume is about 1.0-150 million kilograms per year, and the export volume is about 350-400 million kilograms per year. Therefore, the international market will remain a place where we can adjust the varieties after the “complex off”, and will not have a big impact on the rice supply and demand in our country.
