On October 11, IBM Software Division launched a full suite of Web site products in Beijing covering development tools, application servers and security management products: online commerce such as WebSphere Application Server 3.0, VisualAge for Java 3.0, WebSpherePerformance Pack and WebSphere Studio 3.0 Application and development tools. These products can all be managed through Tivoli management software. IBM announced that future releases of Net.Commerce and IBM Payment Suite will be renamed in the WebSphere Commerce Suite.
