为了提高医院绩效管理工作水平,并试图引入新的绩效管理概念,供医院管理者参考采用。笔者回顾了近年来国内外有关绩效管理的新观点,并介绍了绩效管理的概念和操作方法,并加以分析综合。认为绩效管理是一种不同于绩效评估的、对绩效产生的全过程进行管理的方法,对提高医院工作效率和服务质量有重要的作用。
In order to improve the performance of hospital performance management, and try to introduce a new concept of performance management for hospital managers reference. The author reviews the new ideas about performance management at home and abroad in recent years, and introduces the concept and operation method of performance management, and analyzes and synthesizes. It is considered that performance management is a kind of method which is different from performance evaluation and manages the whole process of performance, which plays an important role in improving hospital work efficiency and service quality.
