目的:进行库区道地药材大叶当归药材的质量标准研究,着重建立当归药材的阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱条件:TSK-GEL DDS-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(30∶70∶0.3,V/V/V);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:40℃;结果:阿魏酸在0.006~0.15μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4 564 754X-3 882.699,(r=0.999 9)。并测定十批大叶当归药材阿魏酸的含量在0.09~0.33 mg.g-1之间。RSD平均值为1.26%。结论:建立了大叶当归药材的阿魏酸的含量测定方法,并制定了阿魏酸的含量限度,方法操作简便、准确快速、重复性好,有效控制大叶当归药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the quality standards of Da Ye An Angelica medicinal materials in the reservoir area and focus on the determination of the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: TSK-GEL DDS-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water- phosphoric acid (30:70:0.3, V / V / 1; detection wavelength: 320 nm; column temperature: 40 ℃; Results: Ferulic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.006-0.15 μg with a regression equation of Y = 4 564 754X-3 882.699 (r = 0.999 9) . The content of ferulic acid was determined between ten to ten herbs of Taiwanese Angelica Sinensis in the range of 0.09 ~ 0.33 mg.g-1. The average RSD is 1.26%. Conclusion: The method for the determination of ferulic acid in Radix Angelicae Sinensis was established and the limit of ferulic acid was established. The method was simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, and effectively controlled the quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
