改革开放以来,邓小平同志对我国区域经济的布局与发展作了一系列论述,提出了不少重要的理论观点和政策原则,形成了具有中国特色社会主义的区域经济理论。这一理论已经为并将继续为我国经济发展所证实。在走向21世纪的新的历史时期,如何正确地领会和把握这一理论,用这一理论作指导来研究新情况,解决新问题,是我国中部地区抓住机遇,加速发展,实现共同富裕的重要前提。本文试图就此谈点看法。
Since the reform and opening up, Comrade Deng Xiaoping made a series of expositions on the layout and development of the regional economy in our country, put forward many important theoretical opinions and policy principles, and formed the theory of regional economy with Chinese characteristics of socialism. This theory has been and will continue to be confirmed by our economic development. In the new historical period of going to the 21st century, how to correctly understand and grasp this theory and use it as a guide to study new situations and solve new problems is the key to seize the opportunities, accelerate the development and achieve common prosperity in the central part of our country Important premise. This article attempts to talk about this view.
